Hey guy's and gal's! I don't know about you guy's but i got really stressed out last year for one reason or another, and since this is something Emma knows all too well, i figured we could take 2020 to maybe learn to chill and learn to look after our mental well-being and body,and soul so to speak, so i've gathered some inspirational quotes and tips to help us along the way! What Emma does...
Read's - Emma is an avid reader, and has her own bookclub Our shared shelf. Keep's a journal - well, she keep dozens! But recently she's said to keep a 5 minute journal which help's keep her centred and in control of her day - sound's good to us! Cooking- Emma loves to cook! I enjoy baking even though i'm bad at it, a hobby is a great way to relax and forget your stresses! Meditation - This is a great way to relieve stress, i also find it to help, Emma has also mentioned Yoga a few times, as she is a qualified instructor. Poetry- anything creative, poetry, drawing even just colouring in can lift your mood!
