Well it's been a decade! Wow a lot has happened over the last decade, and i thought it would be nice to look back at the past 10 years of Emma Watson's career! xx 2010: highlights: Emma promoted Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows around the world, the Wizarding world of Harry Potter opened in Universal Studios Orlando, and Emma won Family and Special recognition for Harry Potter and the Hal Blood Prince with her co-stars.She modelled for Burberry, sgtarred in a music video (say you don't want it). She was also the youngest person to appear in Vogue UK. 2011 highlights: This year marked the end of Harry Potter for Emma, where she cried with her co-stars as the film franchise that made her famous came to a close. Later that year, Emma starred in her first role post-potter, as Lucy in My Week with Marilyn.She also designed a eco-friendly clothing line for Alberta Feretti alongside her last collection for People Tree. Emma became an embassador for Lancome, on which she would go on to star in campaigne throughout the next 2 years. 2012: Highlights: Emma started this year winning an award for Favourite ensemble movie for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. She starred as Sam in the Perks of Been a Wallflower, in which she won best supporting actress. 2013: Highlights: Emma starred as Sam in the Perks of Been a Wallflower, and continued with her work with Lancome, with Rouge in Love,and Blanc Expert, she also hosted for Bafta with the brand. She also won the award for Best Duo at MTV Movie Awards for her work in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. And the Trailblazer award for her contribution to cinema. 2014 Highlights: This was a big year for Emma as she launched the HeforShe campaigne, and introduced gender equality. She starred as Ila in Noah alongside Russell Crowe, and was a host at the Oscars! She also won the Britannia Award for British artist of the year. 2015: Highligts: Emma contnued to promote HeforShe and campaigne for gender equality, all while releasing two films, Regression and The Colony (Colonia Dignidad depending where you are) She also got the chance to interview Malala for her film "they called me Malala". 2016 Highlights: This year was all about HeforShe as Emma travelled the globe promoting Gender Equality! She switched on the Empire State Building,went to the One World Summit, and travelled to Africa with the UN. She met and interviewed Gloria Steiner, and met the canadian Prime minister Justin Trudeau! She finished this year with winning the woman of the year! Let's not forget the MET Gala where she wore a dress made of plastic bottles! 2017: Well this year was the year that Emma Watson played a Disney princess! Emma played Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and May in The Circle.She attended the Womens March at the beginning of the year, helping the masses protest against Trump and the womens rights to their bodies! 2018: Highights: This year saw Emma promoting the TimesUp movement, which helps victims of sexual abuse in the work place get justice.She even had a temp tattoo for the movement which due to the alight spelling mistake got some attention! Of course Emma famously shut it down with a tweet. She also attended Wimbledon with her Beauty and the Beast co-star Luke Evans. 2019: Higlights! So...end of the decade! We made it! This year Emma has continued to fight for gender equality, and satrred in the latest adaptation of Little Women! Who knows what the next decade holds? we cant wait to find out! xx
